The Major League Lacrosse All-Star game, featuring the “Young Guns” vs. “Old School” will be held tonight at INVESCO field in Denver. The game will be televised live on ESPN2 at 10pm, EST.
The “Young Guns” squad is comprised of players from the 2007-2009 classes, while the “Old School” squad will be made up by those players from the classes prior to and including 2006. Click here for the team rosters.
In addition to the game, there will be the fan-favorite skills competition, sponsored by Bud Light. The competition includes three events:
- The Fastest Shot Competition – players get two shots each from 10 yards
- The Two-Point Competition – players get three shots, but must be on goal to count
- The Freestyle Competition – Each player will have two chances each to go 1v1 versus a goalie from the opposing team. Using another player or an item as a prop is allowed.
