Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth Take On Pro Lacrosse?

There’s a new rumor buzzing in the lacrosse world, and it all started with the BBQ pictured below.  In attendance at the “National Pro Lacrosse Tour BBQ” in LA was Lauren Conrad from MTV’s “The Hills”, pictured below with her Hollywood friend, Lauren Bosworth.

InsideLacrosse is reporting that someone is starting a new professional lacrosse league. The buzz is that the new league will be called the “LXM Pro Tour“, and the concept will be “lacrosse meets music and Hollywood”.  The league is thought to be starting up sometime this fall.

We will withhold judgment until the details are confirmed, but this sounds reminiscent of the XFL…  The thought of “extreme lacrosse” and Hollywood gives us the chills.

Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth embraced their sportier sides for the National Pro Lacrosse Tour BBQ at the Sierra Mist Beach House in LA yesterday. The girls tried their hands at a little lax, but it looks like they felt more comfortable posing with their sticks in their swimsuit cover-ups.  Click here for all the pics.
