ESPN SportsCenter ‘Plays of the Week’ Features Lacrosse (Video)

ESPN has been giving lacrosse a bit more attention in recent years by televising a fair amount of NCAA and MLL games on ESPN2.   But every so often, they give lacrosse some mainstream airtime on ESPN’s SportsCenter.

This week on SportCenter’s “Plays of the Week”, they featured lacrosse at #3.  Granted I’ve seen much better plays made this year in lacrosse, it’s still great to see the sport getting some recognition.  The featured play is from the Under Armour High School All-America game, and is the #3 play of the week.

The full UnderArmour All America North vs. South lacrosse game will be replayed on ESPN2 in HD at 1:30am EST on July 2nd.
